Refund will be done by net banking within 7 working days.
If booking is cancelled in a period of 45 days of beginning of trip, complete charges paid by you at the time of booking is applicable for the refund excluded transaction fee. Any dealing charges for the clearance or cancellation fees by airline or indian railways must be bear by the user. Similarly the cancellation fees or settkement charges of hotels must be endure by the user.
If any request or appeal or query is done for cancellation before 30 days of trip is made, no refund is given and no query is entertained by us.
